Quick expert opinion

Avoid your hotel's standard breakfast if you have to pay for it as an option. Instead, opt for breakfast with Characters at Plaza Gardens or eat at Disney Village for €10.

The hotel breakfast buffet is expensive (often €25+) for classic services. At this price, add €25 more to live the magical experience with characters at the Plaza Gardens from 8:15 a.m., which gives you direct access to Disneyland park before everyone else!

1. The Magical Breakfast with Disney Characters (Plaza Gardens)

This is one of the most popular meals in all of Disneyland Paris. Located in the Plaza Gardens restaurant on Main Street U.S.A., this all-you-can-eat buffet option allows you to meet 6 Disney characters (usually Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Eeyore, Piglet or Tigger) directly at your table.

Two services are offered: at 8:15 a.m. (reserved primarily for Disney hotel residents thanks to Plus Magic Hours) and at 9:45 a.m.

Price: €50 per adult and €40 per child. It's expensive, but it's the quickest and most comfortable way to meet the main characters without waiting in line for 2 hours in the parks.

Tip for the 8:15 a.m. service

Booking the 8:15 a.m. service gives you the right to enter the empty Disneyland Park from 8 a.m. You can take wonderful photos in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle without any visitors in the background!

2. Disney Hotel breakfast buffets

Each hotel offers a very generous all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet in its restaurants.

Services vary depending on the hotel category. At the Disneyland Hotel (5β˜…) or the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel (4β˜…), you will enjoy high-end buffets with smoked salmon, fine charcuterie, eggs prepared before your eyes, fresh pastries and Marvel-themed pancakes. In the 2β˜… and 3β˜… hotels (Cheyenne, Santa Fe, Sequoia), the buffet is more standard (pastries, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit, cereals).

3. Economic alternatives in Disney Village and outside

If you want to save money or if you haven't purchased a dining plan, there are several options available to you at Disney Village, located just outside the parks.

1. Starbucks Coffee:Located in Disney Village, it opens at 7:30 a.m. For around €8 to €12, you can have a large specialty coffee, a muffin or pastry, and a hot sandwich.

2. Earl of Sandwich:Located on Lake Disney. They offer complete breakfast packages with a hot bacon/egg sandwich, hot drink and orange juice for less than €10.
